Orris Infrastructure, a Gurgaon-based real estate development company, has launched Aster Court Premier at Sector 85, New Gurgaon. The Aster Court Premier is a part of 25-acre group housing development of Orris Infrastructure. Earlier, the company has launched Carnation Residency and Aster Court as a part of this development.
The project consists of 12 high-end towers comprising 284 units offering 3+servant and 4+servant BHK luxurious and aesthetically designed condominiums. The size of the 3+servent apartment is 1,970 sq ft and that of 4+servent apartment is 2,410 sq ft. The project was launched with a base price of Rs 3,800 per sq ft but the current price is Rs 4,000 per sq ft. The project is due for completion on September 2014.
Explaining the project Ashwani Sareen, assistant vice-president (sales & marketing) of Orris Infrastructure said, “The Aster Court Premier is an upgrdation of the Aster Court with many high-end features. Every floor has two apartments each with three side open location. Other features include air-conditioned lift lobby, high-end club and wooden flooring to name the few.”
The project will offer 10,000 sq ft club area with swimming pool, gym, super mart, clinic, primary school, crèche, children tot-lot, open air theatre, landscaped gardens with children area, jogging track, sitting area, water harvesting, 100 per cent power back up and CCTV surveillance with round-the-clock security.
Describing the buying prospect for the customers, Sereen said, “New Gurgaon is seeing lot of residential and commercial development and in three years down the line investors will see exponential appreciation in the prices of the property.'
The company is bullish in tapping the real estate market of Gurgaon and has planned both commercial and residential launches. “We are planning to launch two more residential projects in Sector 93 and Sector 85, one township in Sector 85 and one commercial development in Sector 90 within six month.
